Ante Ljubicic
Managing Director
As the Founder and Managing Director of Dravus, Ante sets the strategic direction of the business while remaining closely involved in project execution to ensure disciplined, safe, and efficient outcomes for clients.
With over a decade of leadership experience in completions and commissioning across major projects in Australia, he brings deep technical expertise and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of delivery.
Subhadip Biswas
Commissioning Manager
Subhadip is an accomplished Commissioning Manager with over 20 years of experience in the delivery of complex projects across the oil and gas, hydrogen, mineral processing and energy sectors. With a strong mechanical engineering background, he’s led commissioning and start-up activities for hydrogen generation plants, gas infrastructure, mineral processing plants and power generation plants.
He brings a disciplined, methodical approach to technically demanding environments, making him a key contributor to Dravus’ continued expansion into energy transition and decarbonisation projects.
Helen Trbuhovic
HR Manager
Helen brings over a decade of human resources and workforce management experience across the resources, engineering, and professional services sectors. Prior to joining Dravus, she held senior HR roles where she led regional HR operations, workforce planning, and shared services across Australasia.
As HR Manager, Helen plays a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, fostering a high‑performance culture, and supporting Dravus’ ongoing growth across the resources and energy sectors.
